Six centuries of calculated order — diamond marble, Gothic arches, carved medallions ascending toward the sky in perfect repetition. Then, between two windows, a bird. Unannounced, unplanned, indifferent to the symmetry it interrupts. The Palazzo Ducale spent five hundred years building this composition. The bird arrived in a second and completed it.
